Sustainability is front of mind for owners, investors and lenders in the hospitality sector as they review how to respond to the growing demands in the real estate industry for a post-pandemic world.

From a sustainability perspective the hotels and hospitality sector is at a watershed moment and if timed right transitioning towards Net Zero Carbon should help to maintain real estate values or enhance value but “doing nothing” could result in a stranded asset in a complex future.
