In the second half of 2022, deliveries of 24,000 sq.m were recorded, ending the year with a total of 72,000 sq.m, a figure slightly below the average of the last five years. However, by 2023, a figure of more than double is expected in this same indicator.

Considering the excellent performance that the Warehouse Centers have registered and the low availability of the last two years, several developers have reactivated plans for: extensions of centers, new stages, or new projects of Speculative Warehouse Centers to satisfy growing demand with an offer of almost zero in the last twelve months. The above, despite the construction industry context, which has recorded significant increases in costs.
