It is expected that in 2023, the leasing office market will slowly begin to stabilize.

It is expected that in 2023, the leasing office market will slowly begin to stabilize, with demand on the mend, as observed in the last 12 months.  The vacancy rate will continue to increase, conditioned to the deliveries of the projects under construction and their pre-lease levels.  Meanwhile, rental rates would remain stable to the extent that the oversupply is not normalized.
