  • The general vacancy rate registered an increase of 4.8 percentage points compared to the previous semester, which is mainly explained by the increase in availability in the Norponiente and Poniente submarkets and registered production.
  • The average monthly income requested for classes A and B did not change with respect to the previous semester.
