Paul Morgan

COO, Work Dynamics

Paul is responsible for the operational performance of JLL’s Work Dynamics business in the Americas, helping clients create, shape and manage the future of work by enhancing the performance of their workplaces, real estate portfolios and people.

Paul has extensive experience in the corporate real estate industry, but did not initially intend to enter the business world. In the UK, he earned a degree in chemistry from the University of Salford and a PhD in organic chemistry from the University of Manchester. He found a way to apply his science background to the business world when he took a job at Thames Water, initially looking at risk management across the business.

He joined JLL in 2016, after 18 years at Johnson Controls, where he held increasingly senior roles, eventually becoming the CEO of Global Workplace Solutions for the Americas, where he played a significant leadership role in the establishment of the merged global facilities management organization when GWS merged with CBRE in 2015. Most recently, he was Global President of CBRE’s Enterprise Facility Management business.

A passionate believer in the impact workplaces can make on people and organizations, he oversees the performance of an Americas-wide team dedicated to leveraging data toward building, managing and improving spaces that can transform how people work every day. Paul is also a member of JLL’s Americas Executive Committee, which sets the direction and strategy for JLL in the region.

Though a native of the United Kingdom, Paul has lived in the United States for almost 10 years and is currently based out of Wisconsin.

In his spare time, Paul enjoys the outdoors. He is a water sports enthusiast and avid skier and a US Ski & Snowboard L100 Coach. He is also an assistant scout master for a local Boy Scouts troop.
