Positive net absorption and slight increase in vacancy mark the third quarter of the office market in Santiago

The general net absorption of the office market of Santiago was 2,366 sq. m in Q3 2024, accumulating 12,667 sq. m this year. A Class A project was completed in Providencia, adding 10,000 sq. m of rentable area to the stock. The general vacancy rate increased to 9.7% in Q3 2024, mainly due to greater availability in Class A buildings.
