Accenture is a company providing services in technology; however, the company’s previous traditional, not so flexible offices didn’t reflect the firm’s core lines of business in the best possible way. The office design didn’t respect the company’s objectives, negatively impacting the employees’ productivity.

That was the reason Accenture decided to modernize their office space. Taking into account the importance of flexibility they work with and the challenges that bring their clients, the Accenture office space was supposed to be a reflection of modernity and technology that are the key concepts for the company. The new office will definitely help them to be at the forefront and to consolidate themselves in their business niche. In addition, it will help boost the productivity and well-being of the employees as well as improve the client experience and care. 

A multidisciplinary team of experts from the Project & Development Services (PDS) at JLL Chile took on the project with the analysis and proposal ready for the client. The team was in charge of the project execution from the very beginning up to the end; from design stage up to construction, furniture installation and the final stage of project delivery.

Taking into account that the workspace is not just a physical place but a “space user experience”, the PDS team proposed to develop a design that would contribute to the well-being of the company’s employees and positively impact the business development by boosting the collaboration. The new office space offer a favorable environment for creating and developing ideas, which with the necessary infrastructure increases the productivity.

The close collaboration with the Gensler/BL team, thanks to their innovative vision for the workplace development, helped us create the design that reflects the constant evolution and up growth. The result is a flexible, modern but at the same time cozy space, that contributes to the well-being of the employee and directly impacts the business development of the company by boosting the collaboration and increasing the employee productivity. 

The support of Planet Office and Fernando Mayer/ Herman Miller was a key element for the project success. This change had a very positive impact on the company’s workplace culture. Employees feel much more welcome, more at home, and this fact increases their productivity. Now there is much more teamwork within the company’s new office space, which inspires a much more pleasant and efficient environment.
